Since 2008, Inga Wittneben has advised and supported leaders and global teams with intuitive sensitivity and acumen in corporate environments, which often undergo fundamental change. She is an expert in cross-functional Collaboration and cultural change. Direct implementability and capacity to act are a focus of her work. She gained her experience as an internal and external consultant and coach in global companies and mid-sized consulting firms. She has been with fgi since 2017.
Inga Wittneben studied business psychology and is a trained systemic consultant. She works in both German and English, provides professional development in primarily agile methods, and is heavily involved with the innovative forms of collaboration and leadership that derive from the virtual working world ("Work 4.0") and Generations Y and Z.
