Susanne Moosdorf

Susanne Moosdorf has been shaping leadership, development and change in organizations for over 20 years. On her way, two strands weave her expertise: many years of consulting and training experience as well as international leadership and management practice.

Susanne Moosdorf is an organizational psychologist and trained in systems theory and large group facilitation. In her consulting work she has accompanied numerous projects: Restructuring, Transitions, Leadership Journeys and many more. Working with executive teams, designing and implementing change architectures are among her strengths.

With a well-stocked toolbox, she always focuses on effectiveness and passionately creates space and pathways for new things - whether in individual coaching, training, team workshops or large formats such as a future conference.
