Dr. Nathalie Thomé

Nathalie Thomé is a real expert in change management consulting. She has gained experience on several major projects, both at fgi and before that in one of the world's most important strategy consultancies. As a globally active consultant, she advises clients in complex change situations on personnel, organizational, leadership and cultural development. Her strength lies in the conception and analysis, always in cooperation with the customer: The results are reflected in change architectures, major events, e-learning or workshop formats.

She has extensive experience in the insurance, pharmaceutical and automotive industries. Since 2011 she has also been a university lecturer in business psychology and change management.

Nathalie Thomé has a doctorate in business psychology and intercultural business communication, she holds an MBA and is a systemically trained coach.
