Arzu Grützner

Arzu Grützner has been a leader herself for several years and has worked as an international consultant in the areas of organizational and leadership development. At fgi, she is responsible for Global Leadership Development and Programs and supports organizations in training leaders in the best possible way for their tasks and the constantly changing challenges and requirements.

With her analytical eye, she always keeps an eye on the connection between the development potential of employees and the success of the business. In partnership with her clients, she designs programs that meet the individual needs of the leaders as well as those of the entire organization.

Arzu Grützner grew up bilingually and has lived and worked in different countries. Her intercultural competence makes it easy for her to work in and understand different contexts. She studied International Business Administration and Finance. She has been a partner at fgi since 2022.
