Julia Heinrich

Julia Heinrich studied business administration and business psychology and focused intensively on topics such as leadership psychology, change management and work group diversity as part of her studies.

With her empathy and ability to change perspectives, she promotes an open and cooperative working atmosphere. At fgi, her focus is particularly on the conception and ongoing development of national and international leadership development programs.

Julia Heinrich worked for over eight years in a global insurance company and gained a wide range of experience in various positions, from customer advisor to deputy group manager. These experiences have not only shaped her professional expertise, but also her leadership skills, which she is now putting to good use at fgi.
