Lycia Harper

Lycia is a complex systems practitioner, helping people understand and work with complexity in practical, everyday ways based on the science of how human systems flow and flourish. Lycia has worked for 12 years in change consultancy after 16 years in marketing and operations for charities, consultancy, AOL and Vodafone. She works on organizational culture and change, leadership development and community development. Her focus is helping people approach leadership and culture work in ways that emerge disproportionately brilliant and innovative outcomes, and accelerating awareness and skill in the “being” of leadership.

Lycia has an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice and a BSc in Physics.
