As a business psychologist (M.Sc.), Kirsten focuses on the subjective experience and behavior of leaders and employees on their corporate environment. In her events, she combines knowledge and creativity, transforming them into an interactive design. She takes into account the balance of rational and emotional experience with insights from neuroscience and body-mind balancing.
With a B.A. in Foreign Trade, Kirsten began her career as a product manager for a chemical marketing company and has trading experience in international and multidisciplinary teams. As a certified IT service manager, she was later responsible for digital projects in the field of cloud computing, mobile workplace and industry 4.0.
