Ralf Schwägler-Schallenmüller combines management and consulting experience with solid, application-oriented technical background knowledge. While working in the energy and automotive industries as an executive, works council chairman and internal consultant, he has become very familiar with the internal processes of corporate groups.
20 years of consulting experience, his passion for strategy and his strategic thinking have made him a specialist for strategy and transformation processes of large functional business units. Together with his clients, he designs these kinds of processes in the context of their individual corporate culture and need for change.
