Simone Brecht

Simone Brecht is an expert for change management as well as for a positive approach to dealing with power in a company context. Since 2010, she designs tailor-made change support programs and accompanies them in terms of coachings, trainings and team-/divison workshops.

Until 2007, Simone Brecht held a variety of leadership positions in the communication and internet industries, most recently as a vice president and member of the management board with an international internet provider.

She holds a degree in business administration (Diplom-Betriebswirtin und MBA) and is certified in systemic organizational consulting, process-oriented change support and train the trainer.
