Martin Lüdemann

Martin Lüdemann is a business psychologist through and through, and worked as a consultant for Lufthansa Consulting and for 17 years as a partner with Dr. Sourisseaux, Lüdemann und Partner (consulting business psychologists). He has been self-employed and a member of the fgi team since 2013.

He holds a degree in industrial and organizational psychology and a master's degree in organizational analysis, which he obtained in London. Martin Lüdemann is specialized in supporting change projects in the context of organizational or cultural changes, and in consulting management teams in difficult phases of change.
