Simon is a well-seasoned Leadership Coach and Facilitator. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in management, technology and people development to his clients. He has coached hundreds of leaders in large and small organizations on 5 continents. He has facilitated workshops during this period for leaders in many industries including finance, technology, pharma and services.

Prior to coaching, Simon headed up the new Canadian organization for a software company in the education market. He held senior leadership positions in advertising and training corporations and has been a top performing sales professional in the technology and education fields in both the U.S. and Canada.
