Dr. Uwe Malinowski

Uwe Malinowski specializes in coaching and consulting for executives. His focus is on Agile Organizations and Projects, international and distributed teams, and professional reorientation.

After completing his studies in computer science, Uwe Malinowski earned a doctorate in civil engineering. He then worked for 20 years in the corporate world. After 5 years of basic research in the field of artificial intelligence, he assumed leadership over international teams and organizations with up to 600 employees in 10 countries. He was later tasked with co-designing a joint venture and with the establishment and management of an organization for customer-driven innovation. For the past 6 years, he has worked as a trainer, consultant, and coach, and has been with fgi since 2017.
