She gained her experience as an internal and external consultant and coach in global corporations and medium-sized consulting companies.

Inga Sawitsch studied business psychology and is a systemically trained consultant. She is intensively involved in innovative forms of cooperation and leadership that arise with the (virtual) working world 4.0 and the generation Y/Z.
