Nikolaus Kessel has studied work, industrial, and organizational psychology, and has taken continuing education courses in transaction analysis and systemic organization development (earning a "Master of Organizational Development" title). He has worked as a trainer for 15 years and has been in the consulting business for more than ten years.
Most importantly, Nikolaus Kessel is at home in two worlds: As a graduate mechanical engineer (Diplom-Ingenieur für Maschinenbau), he once designed assembly lines, while as a qualified consultant, coach, and seminar instructor, he now supports executives and development processes within organizations.
Along with executive coaching, a focus of his consulting work is motivational reorientation during implementation and change processes. He is especially experienced in leadership transition coaching and in qualifying HR employees to handle Leadership Transition issues.
