Stefan Beusch

Stefan Beusch has been working as a consultant in mid-sized and large companies throughout Europe. As an IT architect and project leader he accompanied big IT projects in Central and Eastern Europe.

Digitalization and new forms of work (e.g. flat hierarchies) in an international context are tremendous challenges for people in organizations on all levels. This is asking for new methods of working together but also an effective communication based on trust and common goals. In this context Stefan Beusch sees his strengths and competences to support your organization.

Stefan Beusch holds a degree in IT architecture and he has several diplomas as systemic organizational consultant and coach. He has been with fgi since 2018.
