Nadine Beaumart has been working as a consultant, process facilitator and coach since 2005. She supports teams and organizations on their way to more self-organization and agility. Her work focuses on designing leadership development programs and training team facilitators.
Her way of working is characterized by an open attitude and the creative use of diverse methods. Through empathy and appreciation, she promotes trust as an important prerequisite for cultural change in her clients' workspaces.
Nadine Beaumart is a cultural scientist (M.A.). She completed a certificate program in business administration/human resource management and is a trained systemic organizational consultant.
