Katinka Schulz has 15 years of experience in advising executives in international companies. She is specialized in the development of personal strategies in a new management environment (transition coaching) as well as in advising top teams in challenging situations such as reorientation or conflicts. She has initiated and accompanied change processes in international companies. For this reason, her method set also includes future-oriented interventions such as future workshops and mission statement and strategy workshops.
Katinka Schulz studied psychology in Germany and in the USA, she holds a Master of Business Communication and is a systemically trained process consultant and coach.
