Johannes Antz

More than anything else, Johannes Antz is a creative. While studying theater education, he intensively focused on acting, participating in and directing theater groups, and producing cultural programs. He later worked for an advertising agency, where he was responsible for showcasing product, brands, and messages.

The first request for agile design of a strategic conference for a large corporation came in the 1990s. Since then, Johannes Antz has conceived and implemented many interesting and innovative designs for large-scale events. As the creative force behind Participation Methods, he is an expert in playful approaches to perception, departures from traditional contexts, and discovery and adoption of new perspectives. The focus of his work is communication within the change process. Johannes Antz also prepares executives for public appearances.
