Over the course of 20 years, Matthias Schmutz has acquired an enormous wealth of knowledge in HR project and process management. He has a lot of experience and extensive know-how as project manager for special HR topics and systems such as "roles and competence models", "workforce planning" and "workforce analytics".
Originally a businessman and business economist, Matthias Schmutz found his way to information technology and started as a programmer/analyst in the pharmaceutical industry. He first worked in IT sales, then as an IT organizer and finally in IT training. From here he orientates himself towards general training and further education in the HR sector. New interests and activities focus on management development and organizational development.
