Hanne is an experienced systemic consultant, executive coach and facilitator in leadership development programs. Her focus on transition and change enables leaders and teams to navigate through challenging and uncertain times with a resilient and positive mindset.

This involves acknowledging personal and organizational vulnerabilities and developing strategies that strengthen foresight, clarity and grit. Other areas of work include diversity and cross-cultural change, positive leadership and conflict resolution.
