Heike Werner has been working as a consultant, trainer, and coach for 15 years. She acquired her expertise through her work as a personnel manager and in various personnel and organizational development projects. Her experience ranges from the development and implementation of management programs, e.g., for a direct bank, to the support of team development processes and change in the area of operational optimization. Culture analyses and targeted competence development to establish an agile mindset are also part of her repertoire. She accompanies medium-sized companies and has experience in globally operating corporations.
Heike Werner studied social science with a focus on adult education and is a consultant and coach trained in systems theory. She is particularly interested in systems-theoretical approaches to consulting and is intensively involved with the topic of decision-making in organizations. She succeeds in finding the focus in complex situations and identifying measures for effective interventions. In addition, she accompanies HR business partners and offers consulting on personnel development topics.
