Holger Dammit has been working as a consultant, organizational developer and coach for various companies and institutions since 2003. He sees himself as a partner in a change process and treats his counterpart with openness, respect, and curiosity.
With creative approaches resulting from his art studies, he develops and accompanies innovation and cultural change processes in organizations. In doing so, he assumes that the resource for a successful change is already present in the organization and can be lifted like a treasure. It is his concern to participate in this treasure hunt with his tools.
