Ursula Kiel-Dixon knows the requirements of continuous development through learning and networking in the business world: 22 years, she held various executive positions in an international industrial group. As Managing Director, she guided the internal Academy for Top Executives. Before that, she held senior positions in such diverse fields as international business development, sales strategy, controlling and merger & acquisition. Recently, she has been responsible for special projects in Human Resources, one being to develop an integrated, innovative learning architecture to design new ways for a sustainable safety culture. Living in the USA for 14 years and continuing her studies there, she eventually became senior vice president of an alternative energy producer, signing responsible for corporate development and project financing.
