Petra Zeinert-Zinnitsch has over 20 years of experience in leadership development and change processes from the individual to the team and corporate level with a focus on executive coaching, leadership development and change management.
After studying economics, Petra Zeinert-Zinnitsch worked in a leading management consultancy with a focus on change management. She then spent 13 years in various management positions with an international company in the airline industry, most recently as Head of Organizational Development. Since 2013, she has worked as a consultant and coach, as well as a lecturer in change management and human resources management. She is a systemically trained individual and group coach.
Petra Zeinert-Zinnitsch has extensive expertise in realigning organizational and leadership cultures and structures, in accompanying complex change processes, and in designing leadership development measures. She also has many years of experience as an executive coach in supporting top management and executives. Her passion is to encourage people and organizations to dare change and realize their potential.
