Katinka Schulz gained her expertise as a leadership consultant through her own experience as a leader over the course of many years. She served as the Department Head of a Business Academy, assumed responsibility for the Asian market in an international consulting firm, and then headed a global team at that company.
She has 15 years of experience in management consulting for international corporations. Her main areas of specialization are the development of personal strategies in leadership transitions (Transition Coaching) and consulting services for top teams in challenging situations such as reorganization or conflict mediation (both internal and external).
Katinka Schulz studied psychology in Germany and the United States, holds a Master of Business Communication degree, and is a trained systemic process consultant and coach.
