Hans-Joachim Löblein supports managers and their teams in becoming more productive and effective. In this way, he contributes to successful change projects and a strong corporate culture.
After studying engineering, he worked as a project manager for 10 years in a large technology group in Germany and abroad. His enthusiasm for working with people and organizations led Hans-Joachim Löblein to take on the roles of consultant, trainer and coach in the personnel and organizational development within this same group for an additional eight years.
Since then, his work has focused on leadership, soft skills, team development, conflict resolution/mediation and change and project consulting. Hans-Joachim Löblein has been working for fgi since 2018.
