Natascha Rodrigues worked for several years in various leadership positions for an international corporation in the corporate communications department. She has considerable experience in conceptual and strategic development and she knows how communication works – especially in conflict situations and situations of change.
With years of experience as a consultant and systemic coach in developing executives, she focuses especially on transition coaching, potential coaching and personal development. She has designed and run leadership programmes for experienced executives and development programmes particularly for women in leadership positions.
Natascha Rodrigues has studied Romance philology and received her PhD in Spanish linguistic sciences. She is a systemically trained coach and organisational consultant.
