David Howells

David Howells is an experienced Senior Executive Coach, Facilitator and Consultant who makes good use of his experience as a leader in the military, in the UK Ministry of Defense, and as an HR director. His approach to executive coaching is "co-active": He shares experiences, offers direction, and builds up competence with a strong disposition towards action and results.

His work focuses on guiding his clients through challenges to success with his dedication, sharp intellect, loyalty, and humor. His key talent area in executive development is the transition from leadership to top executive positions.

David Howells holds a BSc. Hons in Psychology, a Master of Science in People and Organizational Development, and has completed officer training up to the rank of Major at the "Royal Military Academy Sandhurst."
