Brigitte Bäßler

Brigitte Bäßler received her degree in industrial engineering and has worked for more than 12 years in corporations at various production sites. She worked as a quality engineer in the automotive industry for 7 years, and subsequently became head of an in-house consultancy where she gained 5 years of management and consulting experience. Since 2010, she has been a consultant, trainer and lecturer.

Her comprehensive toolset, consisting of lean management, project management and agile methods, is complemented by a mindset that focuses on people and their potential. As a systemic consultant and trained change manager, the development of personal strengths for the benefit and success of the individual and the overall system is particularly important to her. Her main focus is on supporting change processes - from individuals and teams, to the entire organization.
