Today's talent will soon set a company's future course. It's no wonder then that talent management ranks high on the agenda for companies. Nevertheless, companies often fail in practice to strategically and individually prepare their talent for their future leadership tasks. Insufficient development of interpersonal skills in particular often prevents talent from reaching their potential.

fgi has long been engaged in the development of those with potential and has created a coaching concept founded upon a research-based model of potential. This model provides us with information about the individual that we can use to design an individualized coaching program. In about five meetings, we work on developing a person according to their personal indicators of potential. These describe the ability of a person to successfully handle future challenges. For this, we take into account individual strengths, work on key personal matters, and use experience-based learning units.
