A leading automotive supplier takes over an innovative steering technology company. With the aim of strengthening the management culture, the managers are sensitized and qualified for the change in the long term.


The target group was international and time was short. Therefore, the offer had to be individually retrievable as well as globally available.


In addition to conventions, workshops, booklets and coaching sessions, a web-based training (WBT) is a key component of the program. The WBT offers managers worldwide practical assistance in the form of a toolbox with analysis and planning instruments as well as practice-oriented expertise on four key leadership practices: Foster collaboration, Enable others to act, Shape the future, and Establish feedback.


The WBT reaches all managers simultaneously, regardless of time and place. In addition, it inspires users as a digital tool that makes everyday management easier.
